Waiting For A Venus To Fall...

Was feeling pretty unloved and crummy this morning,
Not to mention my Dad left the house without waking me...
So woke up at about 12pm,
Had me some noodles before I left work at 2.30pm...
Still felt crummy at that time...
Brought along me trusty book,
"Now What?"
A little yellow book that talks about
God's role when things in life doesn't make sense!
Kinda applied to me situation...
Read a lil' bit,
Parts of it hit home,
But still felt lousy and all...
Managed to stuff my thoughts aside long enough to work,
So did some callings and made some enquiries,
And before I know it,
Its 5.30pm...
Went for dinner at Long John's....
That's when I heard the song...
Really loved this song since I was young and well... young...
Dunno leh...
When I heard it this evening really perked me up...
Know the lyrics ain't exactly helpful,
But there's something about this song,
That's though kinda sad, but hopeful,
Perhaps,
Its upbeat tempo combined with its ...
Hmmm... lyrics of hope...
Gave me some er... hope...
Sigh my vocabulary is horrible!!!!
